Associate Member - $175.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Department heads, directors, and other professionals employed by South Carolina municipalities and counties may apply for Associate membership upon recommendation of their Manager. Associate members are not eligible to vote in the Association.

Cooperating Member - $175.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Individuals who work for other governmental and quasi-governmental agencies in advancement of professional knowledge and practice, or an elected official who serves as the administrative head of a municipality or county in the absence of a professional manager/administrator shall be eligible to apply for Cooperating membership. These individuals shall be approved by the Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis. Cooperating members are not eligible to vote in the Association.

Full Member - $175.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Any person appointed by the governing body of a municipality or county in South Carolina as its administrative head, and any person serving as deputy or assistant administrative head, is eligible for Full Membership in the Association. Full members are eligible to vote in the Association.

Student - Free Subscription period: Unlimited Any individual currently enrolled in an MPA program in South Carolina.
