Membership Benefits The South Carolina City and County Management Association provides numerous professional development and networking opportunities for city and county managers and administrators. Members are able to exchange information on service challenges and best practices. Membership dues are $175 and are paid on a fiscal year basis (July 1-June 30). Students currently enrolled in an MPA program, life members, and honorary members are not required to pay membership dues and do not need to renew their membership. |
Conference Discount SCCCMA members will pay the conference member rate for both the winter and summer conferences. The non-member rate is significantly higher. | Networking SCCCMA hosts two conferences a year, one in January and one in June. These conferences are excellent opportunities to meet and share knowledge with other city and county managers, administrators, and assistants. | E-Mail Blasts SCCCMA members receive periodic emails with professional development opportunities, job postings, news from around the state, conference information, ICMA updates, and more. | Scholarship Opportunities Every year, SCCCMA awards two scholarships to student members in honor of Max Holland and Mitch Sizemore. |
