To secure your spot as a SCCCMA sponsor,  please fill out the linked Sponsorship Agreement and return at your earliest convenience. Sponsorship are on a first come, first serve basis and there are limits! 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a South Carolina City & County Management Association Annual Sponsor! SCCCMA consists of over 200 city and county managers, administrators, assistants and other staff members. The Association has annual winter and summer conferences to promote professional development and networking. These conferences are a wonderful opportunity to showcase products and services to these  important decision makers. Sponsorships are on an annual basis and follow SCCCMA's fiscal year, July 1 - June 30. 

Corporate attendance at the annual winter and summer conferences is only available through sponsorship and sponsors are only allowed to bring the number of representatives that are listed in the category chosen to each conference. No additional representatives may attend.

SCCCMA offers the following sponsorship categories:

TITLE SPONSOR: $8,000 (Limit 2) **SOLD OUT**

Includes:

• Four complimentary participant registrations for the winter and summer conferences
• Premium exhibit space at both the winter and summer conferences
• Prominent display of company logo on winter and summer meeting signage and agendas
• Two-minute pre-approved presentation during the general session of each conference
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception and Hospitality Suites during the winter and summer conferences
• Company logo linked to company website on the Association's website

EXHIBITING SPONSOR: $5,000 (Limit 25) **SOLD OUT**

Includes:

• Two complimentary participant registrations for the winter and summer conferences
• Exhibit space at both the winter and summer conferences
• Display of company logo on winter and summer meeting signage and agendas
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception and Hospitality Suites during the winter and summer conferences
• Company logo linked to company website on the Association's website

CORPORATE SPONSOR: $3,000 (Limit 25) 

Includes:

• Two complimentary participant registrations for the winter and summer conferences
• Display of company logo on winter and summer meeting signage and agendas
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception and Hospitality Suites during the winter and summer conferences
• Company logo linked to company website on the Association's website

CONTRIBUTING SPONSOR: $2,000 

Includes:
